I will try new habits every month and I will share whatever I learn. The good, the bad, I mean everything.

Yes, I will make mistakes, Yes, I will skip a few days. So during these days, what I feel, what I think, and what I do, that’s what you will find out.

It will be a bit more personal, so if you ever want to quit or start new habits then this newsletter or website will help you to get there.

I know you can read Atomic Habits and that will work for sure but if you want to go a bit deeper into your brain to understand how your brain reacts when you try something new then this will be that place for every-one of you.

I’m not saying I will live with every new habit till I die.

I will for sure, keep a few habits with me and quit a few for a better tomorrow.
